Belfast Cathedral is delighted to welcome the choir of First Baptist Church Tulsa, Oklahoma, for a free lunchtime concert on Wednesday July 19.

The church has a history that coincides with the earliest days of the city, when Tulsa was a small Indian Territory trading post on the banks of the Arkansas River.

The church has been located in downtown Tulsa since 1897 and now has a congregation of more than 3,000 members.

Under the direction of Jeff Elkins, the First Baptist Church Singers will performed a varied repertoire including American Folk, Spirituals, Broadway numbers, Hymns and Irish selections.

Everyone is welcome to step in for this free concert which begins at 1.15pm.
