St Anne’s Cathedral is currently recruiting for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to assist in the efficient and effective delivery of the daily operations of the Cathedral office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support in the Cathedral general office, dealing efficiently and professionally with systems, the clergy team, Cathedral Board, staff, visitors, members of the congregation and contractors.
In this varied role, candidates will be required to deliver efficiently across following key areas:
- Administrative support for the annual Sit-out collection and distribution of donations
- General Office Duties to include: Answering of phones, filing etc.
- Assist the Clergy and Business Development and Marketing team to manage the processes for booking and organising events, including special services, marriages and baptisms.
