Our monthly organ recitals recommence on Sunday September 23, and this term there will be something for everyone!

At the first recital on September 23, pupils of the Down and Dromore and Connor Organ Scholarship scheme will display their talent before their annual service of thanksgiving. A wonderful opportunity for the Scholars to show off their skills.

October and November see Cathedral Organist and Master of the Choristers, David Stevens, play works by the Bach family, and then a programme of Victorian concert works, some not usually heard.

The December recital, given by Cathedral Organ Scholar Jack Wilson, will include Christmas favourites (and a few you might not have heard before!) putting the Cathedral’s Mighty Harrison & Harrison organ through its paces.

The recitals begin at 3pm and are followed by Choral Evensong. As always, admission is free, and everyone is most welcome to attend!
