Scholarships
A Choral Scholarship scheme for university and other third level students is maintained through the generosity of individual donors. The award is at the recommendation of the Director of Music to the Dean who administers the scheme.
Choral Exhibitions are available to those still at school who are singing as layclerks in the Cathedral Choir.
Scholarships and Exhibitions are made in six monthly awards. Scholarships are currently £1,000 and Exhibitions £600 per annum.
An Organ Scholarship will be awarded to a suitable university student. This involves participation in choir practices and services as required.
