SIGN HERE FOR ONE SPIRE
The transporters arrive from Switzerland carrying the final components for The Spire of Hope and park in front of the Cathedral.

UP AND OVER
First you block Talbot Street to traffic, and then you get two synchronised crane operators from Limavady - and its quite simple really... Over the precinct railings and ready for assembly.

AND NOW FOR THE WELDING
The welding shelter takes shape. The two units will be joined to form one of some 30 metres in height.

FINALLY IN PLACE
After another long day of work the Spire of Hope is finally in place.
