This window depicts the Holy Communion. We approach God through worship in church and especially through Holy Communion when we remember Jesus' death, celebrate his resurrection and look for the coming of his kingdom. If you look carefully you will see a building (this cathedral) and corn and grapes, for the bread and wine in Communion; there is also a communion cup.
