Groups/Schools

Groups
Groups are most welcome to visit the Cathedral. Arrangements for guided tours should be made well in advance with the Cathedral Office. Every effort will be made to accommodate groups who wish to visit outside the normal hours.
Prayer walks of the Cathedral are also available. These can be self-conducted using the booklets available or under the guidance of Cathedral volunteers or clergy.
In the first instance please email Administration or telephone 9032 8332 to make contact.

Schools
The Cathedral is also a rich resource for subject areas other than Religious Education - art, technology and design; mathematics; geology and local history. School visits by groups of students are welcome (KS2 and above). Teachers should prepare their own programme and resource materials using information from this site and by meeting with our School Visits leader. Where possible clergy will also make themselves available for a short session with the group. Visiting school groups should be staffed by the school in accord with Education and Library Board requirements. The Cathedral Hall can be made available for groups bring pre-packed lunches.
Alison Shaw is our leader on School Visits and will be delighted to hear from you. In the first instance please email Administration or telephone 9032 8332 to make contact.
