Services Sunday 23 May

Belfast Cathedral - Services Sunday 23 May

You are welcome to join us in person at Belfast Cathedral or online at 11.00am on Sunday 23rd May 2021, which is the Day of Pentecost, also known as Whit Sunday. The service will be a Service of the Word.

The service is led by Dean Stephen Forde and the Reverend Maithrie White, and the preacher is the Reverend Janice Elsdon.

Music will be provided by soloist Caolan Keaveney and organist Jack Wilson.

The Anthem is "Litany to the Holy Spirit" by Peter Hurford.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CAR PARKING: Due to the car parks being filled to capacity we advise all those wishing to attend the service to drive to the large double gates on Talbot Street, nearest the St Anne's Centre and opposite the Established coffee shop. There they will be advised by Security where to park. On street parking is also available on Sunday mornings. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Those attending are reminded to wear face coverings and to follow Covid guidance requirements during and after the service, and to refrain from congregational singing at this time. Please note that entrance to the cathedral for the next number of weeks continues to be through the Cathedral Office Door and Parish Hall. Seating will be in the Quire area, as indicated by the accompanying photographs.

For those unable to attend in person the service will be livestreamed:
